Meet the Staff: Cameron Swaim

We’re excited to highlight our Senior Director of Engineering, Cameron Swaim! Cameron has been on the ReadWorks team since 2017 and has helped bring our world-class features and tools to life. Cameron earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a focus on Enabling Technology. He’s spent his career working as a software engineer in a multitude of environments including startups, agencies, and large corporate institutions. His current focus is leading the ReadWorks engineering team to build technology that combines thoughtful process, exceptional user experience, and well-architected system design.
