Welcoming Daniel Weisberg to the ReadWorks Board of Directors

Daniel is a nationally recognized education leader with deep experience in public school reform, policy, and system-level leadership. He most recently served as First Deputy Chancellor for NYC Public Schools. We are honored to have Dan's leadership, expertise, and commitment to equity guiding ReadWorks as we continue our mission to support teacher instruction that drives students' reading comprehension in under-resourced communities.

What 7,000 Educators Said about ReadWorks
It is critical for ReadWorks to continuously engage with our community of educators to ensure that their voices are heard and that our offerings are consistently meeting their needs. Every two years, we invite educators, reading specialists, parents, and administrators to share valuable insights on ReadWorks’ offering and the broader education landscape. The results of our fall 2025 survey are in, and we're excited to share them with you!

At ReadWorks, research is essential in everything we do. In our latest study, a nine-week Article-A-Day intervention boosted students’ science knowledge and vocabulary, and those who engaged more in the Book of Knowledge step made even greater gains.
