Celebrating Our 2025 Teacher Impact Story Winners!

We are thrilled to announce the winners of our 2025 ReadWorks Impact Story Contest, but what'e even better is that we now get to share so many wondering and inspiring stories! 

These real stories from educators offer a glimpse into how they’ve brought ReadWorks to life in their classrooms—helping students build background knowledge, strengthen vocabulary, and grow into more confident readers.

​We loved reading the more than 125 stories submitted and selected the top three based on the following criteria:

• Did the story include a personal element?
• Was there an example of a class activity or lesson?
• Were instructional or student goals mentioned?
• Did it clearly highlight the use of a free ReadWorks resource (such as reading passages, Spanish-English Paired Texts, or Article-A-Day)?
• Did it show how ReadWorks is making a difference for students?
